90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms
1. ELIGIBILITY
The guarantee is available to new QPD customers who purchase an eligible QPD subscription together with the QPD Implementation & Success Package.
2. IMPLEMENTATION PARTICIPATION
The customer must participate reasonably in the agreed implementation process, including providing required information and data, making appropriate stakeholders available, completing agreed validation and UAT activities, and making relevant users available for training.
3. GO-LIVE AND USE
The customer must make reasonable efforts to deploy and use QPD for the agreed workflows following implementation, giving the platform a genuine opportunity to operate within the business.
4. GUARANTEE PERIOD
The 90-day guarantee period begins from the agreed QPD go-live date. The go-live date will be agreed as part of the implementation process and should not be unreasonably delayed by either party.
5. EXERCISING THE GUARANTEE
If, after implementation and genuine live use, the customer determines that QPD is not the right fit for their business, they may exercise the guarantee by notifying QPD in writing within the 90-day guarantee period.
6. CUSTOMER COOPERATION
The guarantee is intended to protect customers where QPD genuinely proves unsuitable following proper implementation and use. It does not apply where implementation cannot be completed, or QPD cannot reasonably be adopted, because the customer has not provided agreed information, access, participation or resources.
7. WHAT THE GUARANTEE COVERS
If the guarantee is validly exercised, QPD will refund the subscription fees paid for the eligible QPD subscription together with the fee paid for the standard Implementation & Success Package.
Additional consultancy, additional training, travel and expenses, third-party costs and separately commissioned services are not refundable under the guarantee.
8. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND CUSTOMER DATA
Where the guarantee is exercised, the QPD subscription will end and access to the platform will cease. The customer will be given a reasonable opportunity to export their data before the account is closed.
